Shipping Availability

Currently, we only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges & Estimated Delivery Times

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
Shipping Rates:
- Free Insured Shipping: 4 to 7 business days, for orders over $200.01 (Free)
- Standard Insured Shipping: 4 to 7 business days, for orders between $0.01 - $200 ($15.00 USD)

Delivery Terms

We use USPS and DHL as our primary shipping carriers.

Change of Address

Once an order is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@eldersmobility.com.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us.
If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for further guidance.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the delivery and notify our customer service team immediately.
If the parcel was delivered while you were absent and is found damaged, contact our support team for assistance.
