What to do if your product arrives damaged:
- Upon delivery: Carefully inspect the packaging of your item. Note any visible damage, even to the box, when you sign for your delivery.
- If you're unable to inspect at delivery: Should you have concerns about potential damage yet are unable to inspect the package at the time of delivery, please mark "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
