Order Cancellation Timeframe
After making the purchase, the customer has 12 hours to request a cancellation - we will happily process a full refund.

Post-Cancellation Policy
After the 12-hour window, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address.

Address Modification
We can still correct/modify your shipping address before we ship it out.
